As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering efficient solutions to customers and contributing to the growth of the semiconductor ecosystem.

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a solid understanding of various electronics/electrical components. Your expertise will help us develop innovative engineering solutions that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate electrical products and systems by designing testing methods
  • Work on obsolescence activities, qualifying replacements, performing testing, and releasing them into the system along with documentation
  • End-to-end ownership: Collaborate with mechanical, software, system, and process engineering teams to develop engineering solutions
  • Rapidly generate design concepts that develop into detailed drawings for manufacturing
  • Participate in design reviews to present designs throughout the different phases of design and development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 3-5 years of experience
  • Masters' degree preferred with 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work with US-based timings
Essential Skills:
  • Good understanding of electronics components, schematics/system interconnect
  • Select and recommend components based on application and circuit requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Critical/system-level thinking
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working on part lifecycle management, change orders using PLM systems
  • Working knowledge of electronic component obsolescence
  • Understanding of PCB and components
  • Hands-on experience testing electronics components (bench-level and system-level)
  • Hands-on experience with AUTOCAD/Zuken/PCAD software
