About the Role:

As a senior executive client servicing professional, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your primary goal is to understand the client's brand identity, core values, and unique selling propositions (USPs) to execute effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Trusting Relationships: Foster deep understanding of clients' needs, objectives, and feedback to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Communicate Effectively: Regularly interact with clients to ensure their expectations are met and provide timely updates on project progress.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with colleagues to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects, aligning with client goals and expectations.
  • Coordinate Project Timelines: Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations and deadlines.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be involved in quality checking and posting on social media platforms, assisting managers in prioritizing tasks and maintaining timelines and schedules, and conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Furthermore, your duties will include ensuring timely collection of data and inputs from functional teams for the purpose of social media and brand analysis report creation, creating reports for social media and brand analysis, and following internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.

You will also be responsible for vendor management, including invoicing and follow-up on payments, and maintaining relevant trackers with accurate information.
