
Human Resources Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily HR and administrative functions including attendance tracking, employee record maintenance, and documentation.
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume shortlisting, coordination with external vendors, and interview scheduling.
- Draft and communicate internal emails, office circulars, and employee notices professionally.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for reviews and audits.
- Coordinate with staff on the shopfloor, understand their needs, and support in resolving minor grievances.
- Support compliance documentation and audit preparedness for HR processes.
- Engage with external partners including training institutes and placement consultants for hiring activities.
This role requires a highly organized, detail-focused, and effective communicator who possesses excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, have strong English communication skills, and demonstrate eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates or diploma holders with 0–1 year of experience in HR or admin functions.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with the ability to write professional emails and documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with staff at all levels.
- Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within the organization.
