About This Role

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. This demanding role requires strong leadership skills, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage complex projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, encompassing intake, planning, and delivery.
  2. Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to synchronize objectives and timelines.
  3. Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  4. Monitor project schedules to ensure alignment with vision and quality standards.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors globally, including onboarding, contracting, and performance tracking.
  6. Ensure all outputs comply with guidelines and specifications.
  7. Collaborate with the finance department to track and report production budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management or equivalent roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
  • Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management.
