Job Title: Enterprise Dynamics Specialist

Location: Pune

Job Description:

As an enterprise dynamics specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on multiple versions of Dynamics CRM365 and a strong understanding of the Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

You will work closely with the development team to provide business user requirements and resolve any queries related to the project.

Key responsibilities include documenting business requirements, reviewing them with the business and technology teams, and obtaining customer acceptance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for developing acceptance criteria for test cases and test scenarios, working with business users to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant

Minimum 2 years experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dynamics CRM 20162015

Strong knowledge of MS CRM configuration and application integrations

Good communication skills and ability to address user questions
