Job Title: Soft Service Manager

We're seeking a seasoned expert to oversee our cleaning operations, drive efficiency and quality. Empowering employees to excel in their roles is key to driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage all activities related to housekeeping, pest control, facade cleaning, and horticulture.
  • Provide domain expertise to help resolve client concerns related to Soft Services.
  • Conduct daily site visits to identify various cleaning needs and collaborate with teams to rectify issues.
  • Create schedules, inspect, and assign work to subordinate teams.
  • Lead briefings and debriefings regarding duties, designated areas of work, and special instructions during shift start and end.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Knowledge in functional area of soft services.
  • Familiarity with MS Office software.
