We are seeking a skilled and ambitious travel sales professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to provide exceptional customer service.
- Consulting with customers to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements.
- Presenting travel packages, offers, and customized itineraries in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Maintaining strong follow-up with potential clients to ensure conversions.
- Building long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent after-sales support.
- Coordinating with operations and product teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.
Requirements:
You Will Need:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently and clearly with domestic and international clients.
- Prior experience in travel sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations, holiday packages, and itineraries is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, CRM tools, and email handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
