Quality Assurance Specialist Role

This is a pivotal position in ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in testing Financial/Banking Sector and a strong background in automation. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive test strategies, executing manual and automated tests, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless solutions.

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer who can:

  • Design and develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce FSC implementations.
  • Lead the design and development of automated test frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium or other relevant automation tools.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on Salesforce applications.
  • Work closely with business analysts and developers to ensure testability of features.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, working collaboratively with the development team for timely resolution.
  • Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on quality metrics and product readiness.
  • Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on enterprise applications.
  • Detailed knowledge of Salesforce Clouds, including Sales, Financial Cloud, and Industry Cloud.
  • Proven experience in test automation, including designing, building, and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium.
  • A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with test management tools like Jira and version control systems like Git.
  • Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
