Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Mac Support Specialist to join our team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure minimal disruption to IT operations by providing prompt and effective technical support to users.
  • Setup and configure Clients' Mac iOS devices (MacBooks, Systems) to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including OS and Mac OS.
  • Document all support interactions and maintain accurate records of rendered support.
  • Perform software patch testing and management, as well as firmware and driver updates.
  • Troubleshoot client networks and provide training to users as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
  • Assist with Comp Hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Provide CCTV support and technical documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest security best practices and ensure adherence to information security protocols.
  • Utilize ticketing tools to manage and track support requests.
  • Develop expertise in various operating systems and network basics.
