We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to oversee the design and implementation of our Medicaid healthcare system.

As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for defining the overall system architecture, ensuring alignment with business needs, and delivering high-quality technical documentation and diagrams.

This role requires strong expertise in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align architecture with requirements and provide guidance on technology stack, integrations, scalability, and security best practices.

You will participate in technical discussions, provide architectural recommendations, and ensure compliance with healthcare and Medicaid-specific standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and deliver the system architecture.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, integration details, and implementation guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, workflows, and data flow diagrams.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to align architecture with requirements.
  • Provide guidance on technology stack, integrations, scalability, and security best practices.
  • Review solutions and ensure compliance with healthcare and Medicaid-specific standards.
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide architectural recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in the healthcare domain, preferably Medicaid.
  • Strong background in enterprise architecture, system integration, and cloud solutions.
  • Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams (UML, ERD, workflow models, etc.).
  • Hands-on knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI X12, HIPAA compliance).
  • Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in Medicaid systems / government healthcare programs.
  • Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Candidates based in Lucknow who can collaborate with our team remotely will have an added advantage.
