About a leading South Asian Food manufacturer and distributor.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Supply Chain Expert to drive demand planning, supply chain analytics, and leadership with 4–5 years of experience. The role will lead the monthly S&OP cycle, aligning demand and supply while delivering insights through KPI dashboards and advanced analytics to support business growth and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Leadership: Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of demand forecasts with supply and inventory plans, identify demand-supply gaps, and develop consensus forecast.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Perform data-driven analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in sales, inventory, and supply performance, develop what-if and sensitivity analysis, and automate reports using Excel or Power BI.
  • Supply Chain Planning: Manage supply and inventory planning, work closely with purchase, production, and distribution teams, highlight risks in supply chain, and propose mitigation actions.
  • Process Improvement & Governance: Standardize S&OP processes, identify gaps in planning accuracy, recommend process/technology improvements, and partner with IT/ERP teams to enhance planning tools and reporting capability.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of S&OP processes, demand planning, and supply planning.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets and generate business insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, influence decisions, and drive process discipline.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in supply chain planning software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization.
