Business Systems Analyst

The role of Business Systems Analyst is to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that meet the needs of both business stakeholders and IT departments.

This position involves working closely with stakeholders to capture business requirements and develop a deep understanding of technology solutions that can support business goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying opportunities for business process improvements, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or computer science, and at least 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst are preferred qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions that meet business needs
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide updates on project progress
  • Requirements Gathering: Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
  • Solution Implementation: Implement solutions that meet stakeholder requirements and improve business processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, finance, information systems, or similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst preferred
  • Experience with supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA preferred
  • Experience with FICO strongly preferred
  • Broad IT domain experience in applications development, enterprise architecture, project management, vendor management, quality assurance, infrastructure, and maintenance and support
  • Above average ability to communicate in writing and orally
  • Self-motivated to work independently
  • Ability to drive collaboration among different personalities and departments
  • Willingness to work unusual hours when required
  • Dependability and punctuality
