Department Operations Specialist

This role involves overseeing the daily activities of a department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various job-related tasks and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Main Responsibilities
  • Weekly Replenishment and Non-Replenishment Orders: Creation of purchase orders to ensure timely replenishment and non-replenishment orders are executed efficiently.
  • Demand and Forecast Analysis: Identification of exceptions and outliers in demand and forecast data, with effective communication to relevant stakeholders.
  • PO Management: Execution of PO revisions, tracking PO status, and reporting progress updates to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Supply Chain Interruption Management: Management of surveys for Supply Chain Interruption events such as factory shutdowns, vessel shortages, adverse weather, and other similar events.
  • Process Development and Maintenance: Support development and maintenance of process SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and update them regularly.
  • Document Management: Complete maintenance and disposal of documents.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Support improvement and automation initiatives, actively engaging with technology and product teams during design workshops, testing solutions, and implementation.
