We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our team's performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless operations
  • Handle billing and invoicing efficiently
  • Develop and implement effective cross-selling strategies
  • Monitor and improve service levels consistently
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues as needed

A successful candidate will provide training and guidance to team members, ensuring they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

In this role, you will work closely with various teams, including inbound and outbound contact centre teams, email, and chat teams. Proficiency in handling multiple communication channels is highly desirable.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in contact centre operations (banking/NBFC process)
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
