Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Information Security Professional to join our team. As an Information Security Professional, you will be responsible for tracking and ensuring adequate and timely resolution to all audit and risk assessment findings or issues relating to information security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and address audit and risk assessment findings to ensure compliance with information security standards
  • Communicate effectively with client management to resolve any concerns or questions related to audit engagement reports and recommendations
  • Maintain a 100% certification success rate on ISMS projects
  • Cultivate a role with increasing responsibility and contribute to the growth of our organization
  • Lead information security audits, preferably ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits or assessments, and implement solutions to improve security posture
  • Author policies and procedures to ensure effective governance, risk management, and compliance
  • Demonstrate significant knowledge of ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-171/FISMA framework, and other regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to our clients
  • Possess sufficient IT and information security experience to provide valuable recommendations and contextualize solutions
  • Familiarity with certifications that demonstrate excellence in information security, such as ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CISA, CISSP, and others

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading information security audits, preferably with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits or assessments
  • Experience authoring policies and procedures
  • Solid knowledge of ISO 27001/2 and its derivatives, as well as the NIST 800-171/FISMA framework and its derivatives
  • Enough Information Technology and Information Security experience to contextualize and make recommendations relevant and valuable
  • Familiarity with related standards, such as SSAE-16 SOC1, SOC2, ISO-22301, and ISO-9001
  • Familiarity with RBI & SEBI Guidelines
