Customer Care Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at BATECHNOLOGY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by gathering feedback and implementing process enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or support environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
