Job Title: Senior Protocol Development Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Protocol Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-speed communication protocols based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and developing high-speed communication protocol based solutions using industry-standard design flows.
  • Developing IPs for high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, PON, OTN and integrating them into the overall system design.
  • Implementing RTL design, coding, and taking it through industry-standard design flows.
  • Creating test bench architecture and test plan for functional verification of the IPs.
  • Executing FPGA design flow, setting timing constraints, and fixing timing issues.
  • Integrating existing IPs into the overall system design to develop solutions and validate them on hardware kits.
  • Ensuring quality standards and guidelines are adhered to throughout the development cycle.
  • Taking ownership of the complete system development cycle, establishing schedules, and managing multiple project deadlines.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience in developing high-speed communication protocol based solutions.
  • Experience with RTL design, coding, and industry-standard design flows.
  • Knowledge of high-speed protocols such as Ethernet, PON, OTN.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
