Job Title

As a Digital Media Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in the success of our organization by overseeing the execution of digital media campaigns and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This position entails guiding the team to set up and execute digital media campaigns using ad servers like Google Campaign Manager 360, Ad Form, Flashtalking, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various third-party tag specifications and ad verification tools such as IAS and DoubleVerify, with extensive knowledge of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows.

This role is perfect for a highly analytical individual who can solve problems and translate analysis and insights into actionable business strategies. The successful candidate will be an exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and execute digital media campaigns using ad servers like Google Campaign Manager 360, Ad Form, Flashtalking, etc.
  • Apply quality framework, maintaining the quality of work rendered by the team
  • Closely monitor day-to-day operations and identify potential gaps in the process
  • Troubleshoot campaign tracking issues across platforms / Ad-tech and proactively come up with solutions
  • Ascertain training requirements of the team to ensure smooth transition of all accounts/projects
  • Assess all issues and concerns faced by the team while carrying out day-to-day operations and provide appropriate insights to minimize potential risks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full-time graduate degree (Mandatory)
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in managing digital media campaigns across various channels
  • Extensive knowledge of ad serving technology tools and campaign management workflows, with a minimum of 1 year of experience using the CM 360 ad server
  • Solid understanding of various third-party tag specifications and ad verification tools such as IAS and DoubleVerify
  • Strong individual contributor who is also a collaborative team player
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to solve problems and translate analysis and insights into actionable business strategies
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to details and recognized as a subject matter expert
