Job Summary

The Treasury Assistant Manager role is a pivotal position within the organization, playing a crucial part in the company's Treasury Operations team.

This position is accountable for managing and optimizing short-term liquidity.

  • Cash Management: Perform daily tasks including monitoring cash balances, bank reporting, and maintaining treasury dashboards.
  • Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare detailed forecasts and conduct variance analysis between projected and actual cash flow statements.
  • Bank Relationships: Monitor and manage bank relationships and overall liquidity.
  • Debt Schedule: Oversee and manage the organization's debt schedule, ensuring all obligations are met on time.
  • Wire Payments: Coordinate with global counterparts and banks to reconcile and record activities, ensuring accurate and timely wire payments.

Skill Requirements:

  • Treasury Experience: Proven experience in managing a treasury or cash management function.
  • Financial Principles: Proficiency in financial and cash management principles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Skills: Advanced computer software skills, particularly with Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Information Handling: Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately, including maintaining SOX and audit trails.
  • Process Improvement: Interested in process improvement, with a focus on defining and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and increasing process efficiencies.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
