Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

As a key member of our leadership team, the Senior Operations Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth and excellence at ContentCAB.IN. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned operations professional to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of operations, including planning, organizing, and directing team activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Foster a productive, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment, ensuring efficient use of resources and promoting employee growth and development.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality, leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Lead and motivate a team of Operations Managers, HR Manager, and Desktop Support Manager, providing guidance, direction, and support to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, allocating resources and setting priorities to drive business outcomes.
  • Employ strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, Operations Managers, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Participate in management recruitment, selection, onboarding, retraining programs, and performance plans, working closely with the HR Manager.
  • Identify and address workflow and system bottlenecks, collaborating with the team to build and implement solutions to improve team performance.
  • Design, implement, and use performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, leveraging data to inform business decisions.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure targets are met, analyzing financial data and key performance indicators to inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of managing 50+ person teams, with BPO teams preferred.
  • Proven operational management experience, with BPO preferred.
  • 15+ years of work experience.
  • Demonstrated history of leading and motivating teams to achieve positive and productive work environments.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to guide and influence large teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and corporate stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset for assessing performance and opportunities, implementing effective solutions to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Experience in recruiting and managing diverse teams, with a focus on ongoing training, performance optimization, and professional development.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills, considering short-term and long-term goals.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies, with proficiency in computers and basic software applications.
  • Full-time ability to work from our Cybercity office, with no work-from-home option.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred.
