Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage operational teams, providing direction, motivation, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee all activities of sales, after-sales, supply chain, customer issues.
  • Understand methodologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Standardize and automate processes where applicable to drive scalability.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without sacrificing quality.
  • Monitor key financial metrics, including revenue, profit margins, and costs, and take corrective actions where needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance and financial health for senior leadership.
  • Work closely with departments like Sales, Marketing, HR, and IT to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations.
  • Proven track record of improving processes and driving operational excellence.
  • Experience in managing large volumes of work and complex operational systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, project management tools, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable improvements.
