Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and coaching to operation associates to ensure understanding and attainment of performance objectives.
  • Lead, analyze, design, and improve processes to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage operations budgets, including operational KRA of ITO, RDSL, DPO, and other key performance indicators.
  • Establish and streamline processes from sales kick-off meetings to design finalization and manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement localization strategies to ensure resilient, flexible, and cost-efficient supply chains.
  • Drive digitalization and sustainability initiatives to enhance productivity while reducing carbon footprint.
  • Collaborate with other WA factories to capture business opportunities and meet commitments.
  • Foster a continuous improvement culture and train operation talent on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
  • Manage logistics functions and dispatch planning activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering or business.
  • 15+ years of industrial automation experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years of proven experience and knowledge in operations/project management/supply chain/manufacturing.
  • Strong managerial skills and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and willingness to travel 30% within India.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
