Creative Coordinator Job Description

About the Role:

The Creative Coordinator plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the Design Head and the Production team. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless operations and facilitating daily deliverables to the Design Head.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who can effectively coordinate with various teams, brainstorm innovative ideas, and manage time efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Daily Deliverables: Work closely with the Project Manager to understand daily design and content delivery requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the production team, Live Tracking team, Print, Electronic Media team, and Field coordinator to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Idea Generation: Brainstorm and ideate for production-related tasks, identifying creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Quality Control: Check content and design proof-read for production deliveries, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Design Approvals: Collaborate with the design head and creative director for design approvals, guaranteeing that all designs meet the required standards.
  • Extended Working Hours: Work beyond regular working hours to ensure tasks are monitored and completed on time, demonstrating exceptional commitment to project success.
Requirements:
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrate proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor, showcasing ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Technical Skills: Possess good PC skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.
  • Effective Communication: Exhibit excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Abilities: Display strong organizational and time-management skills, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Decision-Making: Demonstrate decision-making skills, making informed choices that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Educational Background: Hold a degree in Management or have training in team leading, which is highly desirable but not mandatory.
