Emerging Workplace Designer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop workplace projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Work on detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision.
- Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required.
- Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and visualization skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
