About the Role

As a Junior Architect, you will contribute to the design and development of workplace projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to showcase creative ideas and effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Develop detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required for successful outcomes.
  • Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay updated in the field and drive innovation.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and design discussions to develop and refine design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution is essential.
  • A strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors are crucial for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is necessary for daily tasks.
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills are required to effectively collaborate with teams.
  • The ability to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment is vital for growth and success.
