English Communication Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled English communication trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs for students aged 12–18. As a trainer, you will be responsible for creating engaging lessons on spoken English, pronunciation, listening, vocabulary in context, and applied grammar.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional spoken and written English skills, strong soft-skills coaching ability, and a deep understanding of adolescent psychology or child-sensitive teaching approaches.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering outcome-focused lessons on English communication and soft skills
  • Running focused workshops on presentations, group discussions, mock-interviews, and interview bootcamps
  • Designing formative and summative assessments to track measurable progress and producing concise progress reports
  • Mentoring students individually where needed, helping shy or anxious learners build confidence
  • Collaborating with the academic team to integrate communication goals across the curriculum

What we look for in a candidate:

  • Exceptional spoken and written English skills
  • Strong soft-skills coaching ability and experience working with teens
  • Deep understanding of adolescent psychology or child-sensitive teaching approaches
  • Minimum 1 year classroom/training experience
  • Energetic, patient, empathetic, and outcome-focused
