Frendeal Inc. is a digital marketing agency that specializes in comprehensive digital marketing services for healthcare providers, including physiotherapists, dental clinics, and medical clinics. Our mission is to help our clients enhance their online presence, attract more patients, and grow their practices through effective digital marketing strategies.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and generating new leads through various methods.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry in the USA and Canada. Develop and implement strategies to target these prospects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
- Generate new leads through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
- Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel. Provide relevant information and follow-up to keep leads engaged.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
- Be prepared to work evening hours to accommodate different time zones.
Ideal Profile
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in sales and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Representative, preferably working for a digital marketing agency and/or SaaS company.
Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services and strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare or SaaS or marketing industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
