The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and generating new leads through various methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry in the USA and Canada. Develop and implement strategies to target these prospects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Generate new leads through various methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel. Provide relevant information and follow-up to keep leads engaged.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Conduct needs assessments, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.
  • Be prepared to work evening hours to accommodate different time zones.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in sales and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive or Sales Representative, preferably working for a digital marketing agency and/or SaaS company.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing services and strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare or SaaS or marketing industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
