We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our AI-powered products.   • You will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering AI-powered features to drive the next generation of intelligent customer engagement.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor offerings and user needs, guiding the product roadmap towards differentiation and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define product strategy and prioritize features based on customer needs and market trends.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product launches.
  3. Foster strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine products.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in an enterprise SaaS environment or consumer applications serving millions of users.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries, with successful product launches across various platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, analytics, conversational AI, or related domains).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a product development team.
