Key Position Available:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack Product Engineer to join our development team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and shipping cutting-edge AI-powered products at high speed.

Must-Haves:

  • You make strategic decisions quickly and have a deep understanding of product outcomes—not just code.
  • Experience with real-world feature or product development using Langchain and an understanding of the LLM ecosystem is essential.
  • Seamless collaboration across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend) is required.
  • Comfortable making decisions across the stack with minimal abstractions.
  • At least one AI-powered product developed and taken to market, preferably LLM-based.
  • Hands-on approach with bottom-line accountability in unstructured environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • End-to-end product development using Ruby and React, working closely with product and design teams.
  • Implementing intelligent workflows using Langchain and other LLM frameworks.
  • Streamlined architecture and direct integration for efficient delivery.
  • High-utility features used by thousands of users.

Bonus:

  • Past experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation.
  • Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
