We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer & Architect to lead our AI/ML product development efforts. As a Tech Co-Founder – AI/ML Product Development, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules, building and scaling AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems, and architecting and deploying applications in the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem.

  • Develop and deploy minimum viable products (MVPs) with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of developers and interns, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Closely collaborate with founders, investors, and board members to align technology strategy with business objectives.
  • Actively contribute to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience, with a proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productization, Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs, and GCP services.
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative is preferred.
