Job Title: Senior AI/ML Data Scientist

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Data Scientist to join our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML and data science, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI solutions. Main Responsibilities:

  • Data Science Expertise: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
  • Project Lead: Lead projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), recommendation engines, and predictive modeling.
  • Technology Development: Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and APIs for machine learning services.
  • Cloud Deployment: Deploy and scale machine learning models on cloud platforms using containerization and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI systems.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate and improve model performance, scalability, monitoring, and explainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and data science.
  • Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks.
  • Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
  • Proven background in recommendation systems, personalization, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with APIs & microservices.
  • Experience with cloud ML deployments.
