Microsoft Partner Center Administrator RoleA key position within the organization, responsible for managing the Microsoft Partner Center and ensuring seamless operations across various teams. This individual will be the primary liaison between our organization and Microsoft's partner center support teams, maintaining documentation and compliance with Microsoft partner policies.Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-Sell Opportunity Management: Register and manage co-sell opportunities in the Partner Center for Azure and related solutions, ensuring that our organization's solutions are co-sell ready and PAL tagged.
  • Partner Center Administration: Manage our organization's Microsoft Enterprise Agreement effectively, handle user roles, permissions, and organizational details within the Microsoft Partner Center, and ensure we remain compliant with Microsoft partner program requirements.
  • Azure Sales Operations: Monitor Azure consumption revenue (ACR), active usage, and related KPIs, provide reporting and insights to leadership on Azure sales performance, and support internal account teams with deal registration, workload categorization, and customer mapping.
  • Incentives & Marketplace: Manage enrollment in Microsoft incentive programs, track and reconcile incentive payouts, and resolve disputes when needed, as well as support publishing and maintaining solution offers in Microsoft Commercial Marketplace.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT: A strong foundation in IT principles, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and partner programs.
  • Experience in Microsoft Partner Programs: 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft partner programs, sales operations, or alliance management.
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Partner Center: In-depth understanding of Microsoft Partner Center, co-sell motions, and Azure sales lifecycle.
  • Excellent Organizational and Analytical Skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and analyze complex data sets.
