Job Summary:

The role of Soft Services Manager is pivotal in ensuring the technical cleaning operations of our data centers across India run smoothly. This position requires a strong understanding of data center building cleaning systems and excellent communication, organizational skills.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">

  • Develop and implement documentation for risk assessments, SOWs, SOPs, audits, and PAN India MIS.

    ">

  • Track and monitor technical deep cleaning projects, reporting to the DC Vertical Head and MD.

    ">

  • Provide DC Technical Cleaning training and issue certifications to staff across PAN India, maintaining records.

    ">

  • Perform DC Specialized vertical-related duties as assigned.

    ">

  • Track and maintain PAN India records of equipment.

    ">

  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with SOPs, SOWs, HSQE, and Uniform.

    ">

  • Research and bring solutions for DC Technical and Soft Services for Class 8 cleaning.

    ">

  • Conduct site surveys as needed for DC Technical Cleaning services.
