Senior Backend Engineer Job Description

As a seasoned NodeJS engineer, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to building products that redefine how daily wage workers access and manage their earnings.

The role involves developing software solutions that drive real-world impact at scale. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust software systems using NodeJS and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements.
  • Contribute to shaping the engineering culture by promoting best practices and code quality.
Requirements:Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience working with the NodeJS ecosystem (especially NestJS).
  • Experience in PostgreSQL with the ability to write and optimize raw SQL queries.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and Docker containers.
  • Ability to deploy and manage services on AWS (SQS, SES, MSK, RDS, S3, Lambda, etc.).
