Software Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails and Golang to join our remote engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and modern web applications.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop APIs and backend systems in Ruby on Rails and Go.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and product teams to deliver robust features.
  • Optimize performance, scalability, and security of applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Golang.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, and background job processing.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD, Docker is a plus.
  • Good communication and remote collaboration skills.
