The role of a Senior Graphic and Web Designer is to create visually appealing solutions that meet client needs. This involves developing brand systems, creating campaign assets, and designing packaging concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable brand guidelines that survive real-world marketing.
- Craft multi-channel campaign assets with sharp visual hierarchy and on-brand storytelling.
- Create print-ready files with precision, ensuring color accuracy and correct bleeds.
- Develop responsive layouts in Figma, incorporating components, auto-layout, clear grids, and mobile-first thinking.
- Mentor junior designers, sharing standards and promoting file hygiene.
Required Qualifications:
- 3–4 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house team with a portfolio spanning brand, campaign, packaging, print, and social media.
- Strong command of Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign for long-form/print) and Figma.
- Proven experience preparing print-ready files: color management, bleeds, dielines, emboss/foil/spot UV specs.
- Solid grasp of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
- Working knowledge of web basics: responsive principles, asset optimization, HTML/CSS constraints.
- Clear communication and client-facing presentation skills.
