Job Title: Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Visual Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets that meet client briefs, brand guidelines, and agency standards.

This role involves designing static and digital creatives for social media, digital campaigns, print collateral, and other client requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, as they will work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and create engaging visual content.

The successful candidate will also manage multiple design assignments, meet agreed deadlines, and actively contribute to maintaining and elevating the agency's visual identity. Staying up-to-date with design trends and relevant tools is essential to delivering innovative and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing visually appealing graphics and visuals for client projects
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create cohesive branding and messaging
  • Managing multiple design assignments and meeting deadlines
  • Contributing to the development of agency design standards
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in graphic design software
  • Excellent understanding of design principles
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
