Senior Visual Communication Specialist

About the Graphic Design Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to drive visual communication across digital and print mediums. In this position, you will transform concepts into compelling visuals by collaborating closely with copywriters, designers, and strategists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate briefs and ideas into visually engaging creatives.
- Develop design concepts, storyboards, and layouts for campaigns, branding, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain consistency of brand identity across all creative deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with art directors, content creators, and marketing teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar design/visualizer role (agency experience preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Strong sense of visual composition, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Portfolio showcasing creative work across different formats (digital, social, print, etc.).
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have:
- Motion design or basic animation skills.
- Experience working on FMCG or lifestyle brands.
