The Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disseminate relevant circulars and notifications issued by regulators to respective departments and track actionable items.
  • Manage client balances and have knowledge of settlement procedures.
  • Prepare documentation for AP registration and cancellation, as well as maintain awareness of AP-related compliances.
  • Provide NEAT/CTCL terminal access and maintain MIS for the same.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory returns to exchanges and handle day-to-day compliance.
  • Coordinate with exchanges, clients, and departments on compliance-related matters.
  • Record client transactions and maintain data accuracy.
  • Prepare various applications and documentation as per exchange rules and regulations.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and ability to maintain accurate records are essential for this role.
