Job Title: Process Policy Manager - Compliance Expert

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Policy Manager - Compliance Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various liabilities and payment products as per regulators.

About the Role:

The Process Policy Manager - Compliance Expert will be responsible for implementing and adhering to all compliance related items, including external and internal audits. They will also be responsible for strengthening systems, controls, and processes for robust internal and external compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure implementation and adherence of all compliance related items and assist in external and internal audits.
  • Responsible for strengthening systems, control and Processes for robust internal and external compliance.
  • Liaison with different departments to ensure strict adherence to RBI circulars.
  • Good understanding of RBI Processes & Policies, Audit Parameters, AML Guidelines, Fraud Management.
  • Responsible for all regulatory reporting related to policies and processes including reporting to RBI / AML / CPU Teams.
  • Determine impact of introducing new or revised policies for Branches / Customers / Products.
  • Serve as a focal point to ensure continuity, proper integration and implementation of new or revised policies and processes.
  • Build synergies and efficiencies by way of customer centric processes.
  • Interact and co-ordinate with multiple product teams and business functions for effective and efficient delivery within specified timelines.
  • Draft and review process guidelines for Product Teams; Act as a mediator for answering questions related to policies & processes.
  • Identify duplicate, redundant and unproductive tasks in processes with an aim to reduce costs and improve productivity of the front line staff.

Requirements:

Education:

Prior experience in setting up policies & processes for Liabilities Products is preferred.

Work Experience:

MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 college is preferable.
