About the Role

Our organization seeks a highly skilled ERP implementation and process manager to lead our manufacturing processes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring data integrity and business continuity through effective policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive policies to guarantee data integrity and business continuity in ERP systems for manufacturing processes.
  • Overseeing user access privileges and passwords within ERP systems to maintain security.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance for manufacturing processes by staying up-to-date with industry requirements.
  • Leading technology risk management activities in ERP systems for manufacturing processes.
  • Implementing a disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity.
  • Configuring critical fields and validating regulatory requirements for manufacturing processes in plants.
  • Integrating ERP systems with government portals and managing master configurations.
  • Customizing legal document outputs and interfacing with customers and vendors.
  • Resolving high-priority user issues in daily business processes.
  • Developing Management Information System (MIS) reports for regulatory and financial compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring the security of transactions and preventing backdated updates and unauthorized access based on user roles.
  • Maintaining ERP software up-to-date with latest builds for GST and TDS compliance.
  • Troubleshooting all technology issues related to ERP systems.
  • Formulating strategies for efficient ERP process management.
  • Coordinating with plant IT teams for ERP implementation and support.
Qualifications and Skills

A graduate degree from a technical field or a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in ERP modules is required. Essential skills include SQL, Excel Pivot, ERP technical modules RDF and DLD, and knowledge of tables and fields for accessing transactional data and master data. Preferred skills include customer orientation, analytical problem-solving, action-oriented approach, continuous learning, and oral communication skills.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
