Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting project managers with various tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple project requests to optimize project performance
  • Provide data recovery and presentation services from Oracle ERP financial and project management system
  • Maintain project functionality in Oracle ERP, including access to timecards
  • Oversee cash flow management, costs, billing, and debt related activities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in project accounting, project management, and coordination
  • Experience working in a global offshoring model
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Development of high-level competency in Oracle ERP financial and project management system
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent technical knowledge and practical experience in new or unusual areas of work
  • Good understanding of the organization's wider scope
  • Excellent time management skills without compromising quality
  • Knowledge of Arcadis Way Project Management requirements
  • Able to interpret and communicate project policies and processes
  • Proficiency in relevant software and systems
  • Foundation level professional certification (e.g., APM/MSP) an advantage
  • Developing negotiation and relationship management skills
