Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in defining manufacturing test flows and methodologies for ASIC/SoC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define manufacturing test flows and methodologies for ASIC/SoC to meet customer and quality requirements.
  • Expertise in one of the ATE platforms like Teradyne ETS800, Advantest V93K, or T2K is mandatory.
  • Work closely with cross-functional R&D teams to finalize manufacturing test requirements for each test phase.
  • Drive new product migration from R&D to high-volume manufacturing phase and support technical issues.
  • Monitor product yield, test time, and DPPM, and provide technical solutions for yield improvement and reduction.
  • Collaborate with teams across different time zones as required.
  • Define product DFT and test requirements pre-PG, including design ATE HW for lowest cost solution.
  • Post-Si bring-up and validation of all functional and test features, including debug and root-cause analysis.
  • Execute design-of-experiments with process window corner lot to establish spec compliance.

Requirements:

  • 2-12 years of experience in electronics and/or semiconductors.
  • Hands-on experience with lab equipment, such as testers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and logic analyzers.
  • Knowledge of IC test methodologies, system testing, and communication protocols.
  • Good understanding of software programs written in C, C++, C#, and ability to step through code if required.
  • Able to work comfortably with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex problems with minimal data points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
