Test Assurance Specialist

The Test Assurance Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality software solutions and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
This position involves rigorous testing and quality assurance for Claim Center, ensuring that user stories are effectively demonstrated and business scenarios are converted into actionable test cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Extensive experience in Agile projects and processes
- Demonstrate user stories to the Scrum Master and provide thorough explanations
- At least 5 years of hands-on testing experience in Claim Center
- Work on Implementation, Stabilization, and Maintenance phases
- Develop comprehensive test cases from business scenarios
- Conduct System Integration, System, and End-to-End testing
- Evaluate and estimate testing effort for user stories
- ISTQB certification is an added advantage
- Efficiently identify and document defects
- Familiarity with Test and Project Management tools like Azure DevOps
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in software testing
- Location: India (Multiple cities)
- Immediate to 15 days notice period
