Quality Assurance Specialist

About this role:
This is a critical position for ensuring the quality of our software solutions. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for testing and validating our products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough testing of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing procedures and results.
- Identify and report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct post-release testing to ensure continued quality.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in manual testing and automation testing.
- Expertise in functional, regression, integration, and compatibility testing.
- Hands-on experience with database testing and tools like Playwright/Testcafe.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and defect management tools like Jira.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
