**Product Visionary Role**
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Product Manager to spearhead the development of innovative software products. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise in Lean, Agile, and Human-Centered Design practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that meets requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Business Partners to understand their product vision and break it down into actionable backlogs.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering field or Master's in Business Administration.
- Experience: 6 years with progressive responsibilities in software development, 2 years defining product vision and strategy, and 3 years working with Agile software methodologies.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with software engineers, designers, and business partners.
- Innovation: Curiosity about new technologies and a strong desire to learn and apply knowledge to solve complex problems.
