About the Role: Founding Technology Leaders work with our team to design, develop, and maintain complex business applications on the IBM i / AS/400 platform using RPG IV / RPG Free Format, CLLE, and ILE concepts.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Change Management tools to streamline development processes, drive business growth and efficiency by collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participate in code reviews and technical documentation.

  • Broad experience in IBM i / AS/400 platform and RPG IV / RPG Free Format, CLLE, and ILE concepts.
  • In-depth understanding of DB2/400 – physical/logical files, SQL, journaling, triggers.
  • Strong debugging skills using STRDBG, job logs, and error analysis.
  • Experience with batch jobs, interactive screens, menus, and subfiles.
  • Familiar with file-based integrations and data exchange formats (EDI, XML, CSV).
