We operate in augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR), making it easy for workers to collaborate, train, visualize, and learn from anywhere using any device.

Our team is looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong UX expertise to help us create intuitive experiences. The ideal candidate will understand user needs, map workflows, and design visually polished UI.

The role involves creating production-ready assets, using Figma and AI-assisted tools like Cursor to speed up the creation of UI screens based on validated UX flows.

Candidates should be comfortable using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and have experience using AI-powered design workflows to accelerate UI generation.

Strong communication skills and the ability to iterate rapidly are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand end-users' and content creators' behaviors, needs, and pain points.
  • Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that prioritize usability and clarity.
  • Create production-ready UI designs, including supporting graphics, illustrations, and icons when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation.
  • Apply accessibility and usability best practices in all design outputs.

Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with strong emphasis on UX.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving and UX thinking behind your designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience using AI-powered design workflows to accelerate UI generation.

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience with creating content for game engines or websites.
  • Previous AR/VR work experience.
