Delivering exceptional travel experiences requires a high level of expertise in visa application processes. At Salvia Travels, we strive to provide seamless holidays for travelers in Russia and CIS countries.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa Associate to handle the end-to-end visa application process for all Russia and CIS destinations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visa requirements across Russia and CIS destinations and ensure efficient documentation and application support for our clients.

  • Provide accurate information regarding visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for Russia and CIS destinations.
  • Assist clients in filling out visa forms, compiling documents, and submitting applications to embassies/consulates.
  • Evaluate client-provided documents against specific country visa requirements.
  • Liaise with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers to ensure timely application processing.
  • Maintain open communication with clients regarding visa application statuses and address any issues or queries promptly.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in visa rules, policies, and requirements for Russia and CIS destinations.
  • HANDLE ESCALATIONS OR URGENT REQUESTS RELATED TO VISA APPLICATIONS EFFICIENTLY.
  • Keep track of visa application records and provide regular updates to the management team.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in handling visa applications or a similar role in the travel industry.
  • A solid understanding of visa processes for Russia and CIS destinations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to work under tight deadlines.
