Travel Operations Expert

Job Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced travel operations expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing international travel procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This role requires a strong understanding of visa requirements, vaccination protocols, and passport regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional attention to detail, traveler care, and customer service to employees
  • Research and manage international travel requirements, including visa and passport documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to resolve customer issues efficiently

Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in the travel or visa domain. A graduate diploma or degree in a related field is desirable, but not necessary. The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build excellent business relationships with customers, peers, and seniors.
